Your plan price never changes. What can show up on the bill are usage-based services and add-ons you choose to hire. Both are listed here, with open pricing.
All values are in US dollars. For Brazilian accounts, conversion happens when the invoice closes, at that day rate. Table reviewed in August 2026.
Before the lists, what is not on them
You only pay for what you use.
No minimum commitment and no mandatory bundle. If you do not use it, it does not show up on the invoice.
Charged per message sent, and only when your company starts the conversation. This applies to the official API: the unofficial connection has no per-message charge.
The rate is set by the country of whoever receives it, not your company. Sending to a Brazilian number costs the Brazil rate, even if your operation is in the United States.
Charged by volume sent, regardless of plan.
Voice and SMS
Only shows up if you use calls or SMS through the platform.
In Brazil, calling a mobile costs more than double calling a landline. In the United States the rate is the same for both.
AI by usage
Whoever does not hire the AI package pays for what they use, in tokens. The word count is an estimate, to give a sense of size.
The per-token price changes with the model you pick. The reference below uses GPT-4o Mini.
Content AI
Text and image generation inside the platform, charged per output.
Voice AI
Two parts add up: the engine that drives the call and the voice that speaks. The standard voice handles most conversations.
On top of these, add the call minutes and the tokens of the model that interprets the conversation.
Automation
Regular automations have no cost per run. Only premium actions, which call external services, are charged.
Other
One-off items, charged only when they happen.
Hired monthly, when they make sense.
None of them is mandatory and the platform works fully without any. They come in when they pay off.
Swaps per-token cost for a flat rate. Frequent AI users stop paying by usage.
Same idea as unlimited, with a smaller usage allowance included.

About artificial intelligence: it works on any plan, and usage is charged per token, as listed above. Heavy users usually come out ahead with the unlimited AI package, which swaps usage for a flat rate.

This is not a usage estimate, it is the values above multiplied, using the Brazil rate, the more expensive of the two. It only helps you picture the size of the bill.
The subscription stays the same.
